COURSE DISCONTINUED - Fraser Health Falls and Injury Reduction - Acute Care (Online)

Falls can occur anywhere and when a patient has an acute illness their risk is even higher. This clinical practice guideline provides the foundation for safe fall and injury reduction care. The guideline also provides resources to support patient after discharge in the community with the goal of reducing future falls and injuries in the future and therefore avoiding hospital visits.
