In this module you will learn:
- Patient/Client/Resident risk factors associated with the development of a pressure ulcer/injury.
- How to perform a Braden Risk Assessment and document its score.
- How Braden sub-scales are used to focus interventions in order to mitigate the pressure ulcer/injury risk.
