Crisis Resource Management

This course will introduce learners to Principles of Crisis Resource Management, which refers to the cognitive and interpersonal skills required for effective teamwork and optimal use of available resources in routine or crisis situation.

The course should be completed prior to attending the Simulation Learning Strategies classroom course.
