The Simulation Learning Strategies: Facilitator Development Curriculum provides a resource for your development of competencies in four core areas for Healthcare Educators who wish to include Simulation Training in their teaching practice:

  3. Human Factors & Non-technical Skills (Crisis Resource Management)
  4. Professional Values and Capabilities

This Curriculum includes several online modules and links to reading materials and videos that can used as Pre-Course Preparation for the Facilitator Development Classroom Course.
