Part 2: RPACE Serious Illness Conversation Guide

In this course, you will learn to apply the Serious Illness Conversation Guide so that you can have conversations with clients/patients about their wishes and priorities before a health decline. A significant portion of the course will be spent on practicing the guide with role play, case studies, and small group activity.

This course is now offered through MS Teams: A link will be sent to you prior to the workshop. If you have any questions, please contact the team at GoalsofCareSupport@vch.ca.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Palliative Approach to Care Online Modules (Course #21007) is required prior to attending this session. This is a self-directed course and it is estimated to take approximately 90 minutes to complete. Please note that physicians attending the physician workshops are not required to complete the prerequisite module.
