Meditech Client Server - Patient Care System (PCS) - Documentation (Online)

Course Prerequisites
This online course explains how to document patient care activities electronically using MEDITECH Patient Care System (PCS).
It is intended to instruct both Fraser Health (FH) clinical staff and students from post-secondary institutions at sites where PCS has been implemented.
Course Objectives:
- PCS Status Board
- Adding/Editing and Undoing Interventions
- Standard or Care (SOC) and Intervention Sets
- Intervention Documentation
- Adding/Discontinuing and Reactivating Occurrences
- Frequencies
- Notes
- Verification of Student Documentation
Write access will be granted upon successful completion, achieving a score of 80% or greater on the quiz.
You must have manager approval prior to course registration.
Complete this training prior to your first shift to allow time for updates to your MEDITECH account.
