Before attending this session, ensure you have completed the PVPC Medium/High Risk Modules (8) and the PVPC 8 hour in person classroom course.

Please assure you are on time. Bring water and wear "activewear clothing" for physical activity, JEANS will NOT be acceptable for this course. Consider wearing layers as this is an industrial space with high ceilings, as such climate control is challenging.

Parking on the street only for learners, the parking spaces in front of the business will NOT be available for learners.

Please wear clean socks as we are required to remove our shoes on the special flooring.

The re-development of RCH has resulted in parking being affected at RCH for some time now and you may encounter having to park at a lot near Braid Skytrain Station and then take a free shuttle to RCH.
Alternatively you may want to consider taking the Skytrain as RCH is in walking distance to Sapperton Skytrain Station.
