Pressure Ulcer Prevention:
- Learn about the client risk factors associated with the development of a pressure ulcer/injury,
- Learn how to perform a Braden Risk Assessment and document its score,
- Learn about Braden Risk Score Sub-scales and possible interventions to mitigate risk.
Open to health care professionals at all Health Authorities. |
