Change Fundamentals

  • Change Fundamentals is being offered in a new 2 day format with an expanded curriculum (two x 3 hour sessions = 6 hours total)

  • Understand different kinds of change: developmental, transitional, transformational
  • The scope of this module is organizational, project and personal change

This course is meant of those who lead and manage change within their teams, or across teams at PHC. Likely you are in a formal leadership role, lead projects, or are an informal leader on your team.

Anyone from PHC (employee, medical staff member, LMC staff working at PHC sites) with their manager’s approval is welcome to enroll. Please Note: if a class is full, preference on the waitlist will be given to individuals who hold formal managerial roles at PHC sites.

Additionally, PHC is pleased to welcome leaders from fellow health authorities and health organizations to this course, however priority will be given to staff and medical staff serving PHC sites.If you are employed with another health authority or health organization (and not delivering services at a PHC site), your organization will be charged $100 for the class and you are subject to being BUMPED TO THE WAIT LIST AT ANYTIME should the class fill up. Bumping will occur on a last in, first out basis, but no later than 3 business days before the class.
