This course explains Island Health’s Respectful Workplace Policy and corresponding Procedures through the use of scenarios and videos, and outlines the resources and services provided by the Respectful Workplace Office.

To meet WorkSafeBC’s (WSBC) workplace bullying and harassment regulations, all Island Health employees, including physician employees, are required to complete all sections of the course, including the quiz.
