The Patient Safety and Learning System is a web-based reporting system for all patient safety events & hazards at Island Health. This course introduces new event Handlers to the PSLS system and explains how to coordinate event follow up using PSLS. It is a mandatory course for all new PSLS Handlers.

Please log in the Learning Hub to register.

This course is delivered online using Teams.

Clinical Nurse Leaders, Clinical Nurse Educators, Clinical Coordinators, Managers, Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists.

Note - Your Manager must complete a PSLS accounts request, in order to gain access to the system. Email psls@islandhealth.ca for more information.
