FH Home Health – Verification of Client Identity in Home Health (Online)
A Home Health Professional must verify a client's identity before providing service to ensure the correct client receives the correct service. This process is to ensure client safety and quality improvement, maintain best practices in Home Health, and comply with the Accreditation Canada requirement.
