Clear Leadership

Clear Leadership is an experiential course for leaders interested in learning more about building and sustaining effective relationships and partnerships in the workplace. This course focuses on strengthening the conversations and interactions we have with each other as we collaborate, learn and work together. Leadership skills related to self-awareness, communication, curiosity, and conflict are practiced during the course.

This course is a pre-requisite for Leading through Relationships: Collaboration, Mentoring and Developing a Connected Team in the Transformational Leadership Pathway.

To be successful in this program, participants are ready to invest in their own development and committed to applying the learning after the course has completed.

In this course, you will:
• Practice the skills to: increase understanding of your experience; maintain partnerships; and lead organizational learning conversations
• Discuss problem patterns and how to recognize them in the workplace
• Explore ways of increasing your personal effectiveness through greater self-awareness and self-regulation
• Learn skills of sustaining partnerships

This course is based on Dr. Gervase Bushe’s book Clear Leadership. Course participants will receive a copy of the book on the first day of the course.
