Best Practices in Retrospective Chart Review for Research

This workshop is designed to review the process of completing a chart review from start to end. Topics such as advantages and limitations, standardization of data collection procedures, sample size, and sampling strategies will be discussed to ensure that data collection processes produce reliable and representative data.
