Clear Leadership

Clear Leadership is an experiential course designed for leaders who want to build and sustain effective partnerships...

Why Participate:

  • Explore ways of increasing leadership effectiveness through greater self-awareness and self-regulation
  • Increase understanding of the impact a leader has on others
  • Increase ability to communicate clearly with a curious and appreciative mindset, particularly in challenging situations
  • Develop ability to collaborate and hold conversations that promote interpersonal understanding and learning

This course is based on Dr. Gervase Bushe’s book, Clear Leadership.

    Times:

    All sessions are delivered face-to-face and run from 0900 - 1630 with the exception of Day 5 which is 1.5 hours and delivered virtually.

Clear Leadership is designed for a target audience of leaders who are leading others in the system, which includes Point of Care and Medical Leaders. Please note that due to high demand and limited resources, we have focused course registration to formal leadership positions (e.g. those with formal direct reports). When space has allowed, we have expanded our intake to include roles that support formal leaders, but these opportunities are happening much less frequently at this present time.
