This course is a 2 day course with 3 triad learning labs and registrants are required to attend all sessions.
Coaching Out of the Box - VIRTUAL
The virtual course is a 4 module course with 4 triad learning labs and registrants are required to attend all sessions.
Coaching Out of the Box© introduces leaders to the power of utilizing a ‘coach approach’ in their work with individuals and teams. As they explore and practice the foundations of coaching, participants strengthen their ability to lead from a place of curiosity, inquiry, openness, and deep listening.
