PHSA - PC - PHS - Wellness Exchange: Managing Reactions
Wellness Exchange is a five-topic resilience-building group curriculum that teaches a series of practical skills that help individuals cope with stress and adversity while promoting positive mental health and well-being.
Emotions can give you important information about what is happening to you and what a situation means to you. This session will focus on what are triggers and reactions, learning about emotions and skills for managing reactions.
Please note: this session qualifies for 1 continuing education credits with the EMALB and has been added to the Approved Activities List in EMACCS
