Prior to the course, an email with the course information and the zoom link for the workshop will be sent to you – please ensure that your Learning Hub contact email is one that you check regularly.

BEFORE THE WORKSHOP – You are required to complete the following two activities:

Read the FREE online Fundamentals of Fetal Health Surveillance - A Self-Learning Manual; and
Successfully complete the NEW online Canadian Fetal Health Surveillance Program Exam.

The pre-requisite to attend this workshop is the completion of the National online FHS course located on the UBC CPD website (https://elearning.ubccpd.ca/enrol/index.php?id=355). You must create a UBC CPD account and complete the online course and achieve (80%) on the FHS exam.

There is a fee of $30 to write the FHS exam and you register and pay for it separately through UBC CPD. If you are a BCWH RN, the fee for the FHS exam can be waived for you, but only if you email Helen Boucher (helen.boucher@cw.bc.ca) identifying yourself as a BCWH RN and request a pre-paid voucher code. We cannot reimburse you if you pay for the exam any other way.

If you do not submit your exam completion certificate prior to the workshop, you will be asked to re-register and return on another date.
