Exploring Leadership
Exploring Leadership is a series of virtual workshops open to all staff and medical staff interested in exploring practical leadership skills to help navigate and influence change, build and maintain positive work relationships, and become a more effective communicator.
The workshops/webinars below are open to all staff. If you are a leader looking to develop and deepen skills as a values-based leader, please check out the Leadership Foundations Series.

Explore the communication skills that foster effective dialogue to help carry us through this crisis with a renewed sense of purpose and trust.
Exploring Leadership Conflict
Explore ways to stay centered to deal with workplace conflict effectively during times of stress and uncertainty, that can lead to healthier interpersonal relationships.
Exploring a Respectful Workplace
We are living through particularly stressful times, and this stress is taking its toll on our relationships with our coworkers and colleagues. Join us for this 90 minute session as we explore workplace incivility and how it impacts our work.
Exploring Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Series
Increase our awareness of inclusion literacy, understanding unconscious bias and cross-cultural competency

The workshops are offered to you by VCH People team. The comparable market value is $500 for each workshop. Register early to secure your seat.
