Fetal Health Surveillance (FHS) for FH – FHS Interprofessional Refresher (2hr)

This course is a refresher for staff and health care providers who have knowledge and experience in Fetal Health Surveillance. The objective of this course is to apply fetal health surveillance theory within the context of the total clinical picture.

Open to Fraser Health RNs working in Perinatal; Midwives, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians working in Fraser Health. Any other areas of practice must have the site Maternity manager approval or you may be removed from registration.

Physicians: $125
Midwives: $125
Physician Residents: $125 Payment may be made the day of the course and a receipt will be issued.
All cheques are to be made payable to Fraser Health.
Cash payments are accepted.

Prior to attending Fetal Health Surveillance you must complete The Fundamentals of Fetal Health Surveillance: A Self-Learning Manual including post-tests.

Once you have completed the online module make sure you Print the certificate and bring it with you to the workshop

Cancellation Policy- If you must withdraw yourself from a class, do so a minimum of 2 week prior to the class so that participants on the waitlist have ample time to prepare.

It is recommended that you attend the FHS sessions that are held at your home site to foster teamwork and communication. If you do not see a session listed for your site- please check with your Maternity CNE for futrue dates that may work for your schedule.
